1. Contact and scope
Monster Presents! is a Michigan entertainment company. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to [email protected]. This policy applies to the Monster Presents! website and services. Third-party websites and platforms have their own privacy practices.
2. Information collected
- Contact and account information: name, email address, phone number, login details, organization, and communication preferences.
- Transaction and event information: ticket orders, attendance, booking requests, applications, performer or vendor details, and related communications. Payment card details are processed by payment providers and are not stored in full by Monster Presents!.
- Content: messages, forms, comments, reviews, applications, files, photos, videos, and other material submitted to the services.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, cookies, and similar technical data.
- Connected-service information: information received when a user authorizes a social, ticketing, payment, calendar, or other third-party service.
3. TikTok and social integrations
When an authorized user connects a TikTok account to Monster HQ, TikTok Login Kit and Display API may provide basic account identity, profile details, account statistics, and a list of the authorized account’s public videos, according to the permissions approved by that user. Monster Presents! uses this information to identify the connected account and display its profile, performance summary, and recent content inside the signed-in dashboard. The integration does not request permission to post content or send messages. Access may be disconnected through the applicable account or by contacting Monster Presents!.
4. How information is used
- Provide, operate, personalize, and improve the website, events, tickets, accounts, and Monster HQ.
- Process purchases, registrations, bookings, applications, assignments, and support requests.
- Communicate about events, transactions, account activity, safety, service updates, and requested marketing.
- Manage talent, venues, vendors, sponsors, productions, and business relationships.
- Measure performance, troubleshoot problems, prevent fraud and abuse, secure the services, and comply with law.
5. How information is shared
Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, website operations, payments, ticketing, email, analytics, customer management, cloud storage, security, and social integrations; with venues, performers, vendors, or production partners when needed to fulfill a request or operate an event; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets. Monster Presents! does not sell personal information for money.
6. Payments and third-party ticketing
Payments and some ticket sales may be handled by third parties such as Stripe or Eventbrite. Those providers receive information needed to process the transaction and apply their own privacy policies and terms. Links, embeds, and content from other websites may allow those services to collect information as if the visitor had visited them directly.
7. Cookies and analytics
Cookies and similar technologies support sign-in, preferences, security, site performance, analytics, and marketing. Logged-in users may receive authentication and display-preference cookies. Visitors can limit cookies through browser settings, although some features may not work correctly. Analytics and embedded-content providers may set their own cookies.
8. Retention
Information is kept for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and protect the services. Retention periods vary by record type. Connected-service data may be refreshed or removed after disconnection, subject to backups and legal requirements.
9. Security
Monster Presents! uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
10. Privacy choices and rights
Users may update account information, unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message, disconnect connected services, or adjust browser cookie settings. Depending on location, a user may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain processing. Requests may be sent to [email protected]. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed. Some information may be retained when required by law or legitimate business needs.
11. Children
The online services are not directed to children under 13, and Monster Presents! does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Individual events may have separate age restrictions shown on the event listing or ticket page.

This policy may be updated as services or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies to future activity.
