Brunch, but the room has been taken over. Guests arrive to a meet and greet, sit down to a plated service built with your kitchen, and stay for two hours of drag while they eat. It is the format that started Monster Presents, and it is the one venues re-book fastest, because it fills a slow daypart with a room that spends.

The menu is designed with you, not handed to you. Past services have run chicken and waffle sliders with candied bacon and blood orange syrup, biscuits under sausage gravy on an onion puree, and a straight breakfast for anyone who wants one. Your kitchen keeps control of the food; we build the theatre around it.

Where the room allows it we run two seatings in a day, a morning and an afternoon, which roughly doubles the take without doubling the load-in.
